The trimester and academic year curriculum offers courses and internships. KEI students may enroll in courses at Griffith University’s (GU) Nathan or the Gold Coast campus. Internships are organized at various companies, NGOs, and humanitarian organizations. Students may enroll in up to 50 Australian credits (CP). Most courses and internships at Griffith are 10 CP, which is equivalent to 3 to 4 semester credits in the USA.

Community internship

Internships are a minimum of 50-hour and a maximum of 70 hours in addition to classroom time.
