Students may earn 18 credits during the semester and 9 credits during the summer.
 
The program is hosted by Universidad de Espíritu Santo (UEES), an autonomous institution of higher learning in Ecuador. Academic credit and transcripts are issued by UEES and KEI's university of record (accredited in the USA).
