The KEI website was recently harassed by hackers, which affected all online forms.
We are working on enhancing security and re-establishing the Application form.
All web forms will be functional in a couple of days.
In the meantime, you can download the KEI Application.
The completed Application can be returned to KEI via mail or email (as PDF).
