HOME PROGRAMS: THE KEI DIFFERENCE

We don't just say it - we do it. KEI offers more courses in more academic majors and minors than any other study abroad provider. Courses in foreign languages, area studies and liberal arts are also offered. Check out the different academic and professional concentrations offered by KEI.

There is NO foreign language requirement to apply for any program. Courses are taught in English. Some program locations also offer courses taught in the language of the host country.

Offering programs in English makes study abroad more accessible to students. However, we strongly encourage students to learn the host language and become fully integrated in the host culture.

Internships are an optional component of KEI programs. KEI offers four types of internships: professional, clinical, research and community service. Check out the Internship Guidelines for more information.

KEI offers affordable comprehensive study and intern abroad programs. Our programs offer the best cost-to-benefit ratio (what you get for the money). Don't take our word for it: compare!! If you find another program at the same host university with the same services, inclusions and opportunities, we will match the price and give you a $500 grant to help with travel. You will not find a price guarantee like this anywhere else.

Don't mistake affordability with quality. We are able to deliver high quality programs at a lower price through fiscal management, long-lasting relationships and leveraging resources in the USA and abroad. All this means savings for our students.
Students can use their university financial aid to pay all or part of the KEI program fee. In addition, KEI offers scholarships, grants and interest-free payment plans for qualified students.

KEI students are integrated in courses, internships and housing with students from the host country. KEI also plans cultural activities and excursions throughout the program. That means more interaction with local students and community, better language acquisition and enhanced cultural awareness.

KEI programs limit enrollment to 25 students. Most programs range from 8 to 15 students per term. Having small groups allows us to customize programs to suit individual needs, help ensure safety and provide a more personalized experience.
KEI strives for diversity in its groups. Our students come from different ethnic backgrounds and geographic locations.
