The KEI Affiliate Program allows institutions to expand their study and intern abroad offerings without incurring expenses and committing time and resources to developing new programs. KEI programs focus on distinct academic disciplines, offering a wide selection of major-specific courses and internships, allowing students to complete graduation requirements abroad. In addition, many of our programs are based in non-traditional countries, thereby adding new locations to your current offerings.

The KEI Affiliate Program is flexible and non-exclusive. You may choose to adopt one or all of our programs, depending on your institutional needs and student interest. A formal affiliation with KEI in no way limits your ability to work with other third party providers or develop your own programs. We will even help you achieve your goals whenever possible.

KEI Affiliate institutions benefit in the following.
  • KEI will establish an International Education Fund and make contributions based on the number of program participants. The Affiliate may delegate funds for:
    1. Student scholarships for KEI program participation
    2. Student scholarships for programs managed by the Affiliate institution
    3. KEI program evaluation visits

  • Student-centered services, such as:
    1. Early admission to programs with limited space
    2. Priority in course and internship selection and registration
    3. Special consideration for KEI scholarships, interest-free payment plans and loans

  • Institution-centered services, such as:
    1. Responsiveness to the Affiliate's needs in terms of academic offerings and internship opportunities
    2. Travel grants for KEI program evaluation visits
    3. Development and management of partnership programs at reduced rates

KEI has reasonable expectations and requests. We ask our Affiliates to become knowledgeable about KEI programs, display posters in prominent locations, distribute program literature to interested students, facilitate the transfer of credit and financial aid, and invite us to your study abroad fairs and campus to meet with students. We also ask for advice regarding your procedures, and request assistance dealing with your students.
